I offer spiritual friendship and meditation instruction.
In One-to-one sessions there is space to explore, find clarity, and rediscover your own wisdom. Each session lasts around 60 minutes.
Spiritual friendship is for individuals who are navigating periods of transition and looking for ways of meeting existence that result in health and wellbeing.
Meditation instruction is for individuals who are looking to establish or deepen an existing meditation practice, to cultivate more clarity, stability, and ease.
Often, these two things blend together, with clear, accessible, and practical meditation guidance arising alongside supportive, honest, and human conversation.
After a discovery call, I usually work with individuals in 6-week blocks.

who am i?
Being a spiritual friend and meditation teacher is not something I would’ve chose for myself a decade ago.
I come to offer these things only through my own challenges and curiosity.
For years I believed I would become a doctor. I spent over four years at medical school in London pursuing that path. But change happens. During my studies, I discovered meditation as an antidote to personal struggles with anxiety and paranoia. It gave me freedom, and I found growing scientific evidence that confirmed its value.
Eventually I stepped away from medical school, travelled the world, and followed my curiosity into new fields. What grounded me through it all was a deepening of my own practice. That is what now enables me to offer my experience as support for others.
Today, I offer spiritual friendship & meditation instruction, host Beings Club, and create for Wonderfool — all in service to those who are looking to live well.
I believe everyone has the right to experience happiness, and that with practice we can learn to work with the mind to create lives that are lighter, kinder, and more our own.
It is my great joy to support others in this work.
