At Space to Be, I support people to realise their aspirations and live well.

At heart, I enjoy learning and sharing what I’ve learnt.


I offer spiritual friendship and meditation instruction.

In One-to-one sessions there is the space to find clarity and rediscover wisdom.
Each session lasts 90 minutes.

Spiritual friendship is for individuals who are navigating transition and looking for ways of meeting change that lead to health and wellbeing.

Meditation instruction is for individuals who want to establish or deepen a meditation practice, to cultivate more clarity, stability, and ease.

Often, these things blend together, with practical meditation guidance arising alongside exploratory conversation.

After a discovery call, I work with individuals for a minimum of six sessions.

Investment: £1500 per six sessions.

who am i?

Being a spiritual friend and meditation teacher is something I come to offer only through my own challenges and curiosity.

For years I believed I would become a doctor.

I spent almost five years at medical school in London. But change happens.

During my studies, I discovered meditation as an antidote to struggles with anxiety and paranoia. It gave me freedom, and I found growing scientific evidence that confirmed its value.

Eventually I stepped away from medicine, travelled the world, and followed my curiosity into new fields. What grounded me through it all was a deepening of my own practice. That is what now enables me to offer support to others.

Today, I offer spiritual friendship & meditation instruction in service to those who are looking to live well.

This is because I believe everyone has the right to experience happiness, and that with practice we can learn to work with our minds to create lives that are lighter, kinder, and more our own.

It is my great joy to support others in this work.
