Open Air

A self-paced meditation series sponsored by Higher.

Overview

In this series you will be introduced to a practice that is classically stated to cultivate resilience, equanimity, and clarity of mind, bringing with it the opportunity for more creative and balanced ways of living.

If we want to see life unfold with a particular aspiration, it is helpful to understand how attention flows, and develop our own understanding of experience. Our mind states influence our decision making, and our decision making influences the outcomes in our life. The mind is constant throughout all areas of our life.

Open Air is a self-paced meditation series designed to be compatible with less than 1 hour of engagement with content per week. The best outcomes are expected to be for those who combine the content with a daily meditation practice.

You may complete the course at your own pace. However, the course was originally arranged at an essay + video per week for five weeks.
